Our “Golden Warranty”—beyond being a mere paperwork commitment—guarantees the flawless performance of your door and window systems over a decade (10 years) of continuous use.

Conditions for Benefiting from the Golden Warranty:

This warranty covers all door and window hardware from the Alaks and Wika product portfolios. To qualify for this 10-year coverage, the following must be observed:

• Complete Portfolio Utilization: The warranty applies exclusively to projects where all door and window components and hardware are supplied from the Alaks product range.
• Technical Approval: Prior to operation, hardware performance must be inspected and approved by the Alaks Quality Control (QC) department.
• Installation Standards: Parts must be installed strictly in accordance with the standards announced by the Alaks technical department. Any installation discrepancies leading to premature wear will void the warranty.

Scope of Service Coverage:

In the event of any operational issue or technical defect arising from hardware quality, Alaks commits to resolving the issue or replacing the parts free of charge.

• Duration: Exactly 10 years from the date of installation and final project approval.
• Procedure: Following your call, our technical experts will act swiftly for on-site inspection and problem resolution.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The Alaks Golden Warranty guarantees optimal hardware operation; the following are excluded from this commitment:

• Failures resulting from abnormal use or physical impacts.
• Defects caused by improper installation that failed to comply with Alaks technical standards.
• Flaws unrelated to hardware quality (such as structural profile errors, cutting mistakes, or window dimension inaccuracies).

Important Note: Items repaired or replaced under this warranty shall not have their warranty period extended and will remain covered only until the end of the original warranty term.
